HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER
Stock items will be shipped in 2 – 3 business days.
Custom items are made to order. There is a 2-3 week lead time on all custom items. Some items may take longer depending upon availability of certain hides and hardware.
We ship through the USPS. Expedited service is available upon request.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and are for exchange or store credit only after approval from our Customer Service Department. Custom item are not refundable or exchangeable.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Items returned for exchange must be in new condition. Items suspected of being worn will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be issued.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items are non-refundable.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
PRIVACY POLICY
We only use the information we collect about you to process your order. We keep information filed about sizing for ease with future orders. We do not share any information about our customers with any third party.
